Applications are being accepted for the District’s Racial and Social Equity Committee through November 30th. The application period is over and not collecting responses.
This is an advisory committee established by the Board of Education with the goal to drive accountability for our schools with respect to the fair and inclusive treatment of all students.
The committee will address systematic issues around diversity and inclusion in our educational system.
The committee seeks 6 community members, 4 Instructional Staff members, 2 Non-Instructional Staff members, 4 students (8th grade and up), 3 administrators, 1 Central Office Administrator, 1 BOE member. Superintendent John Xanthis will also be a member of the committee.
The term initial term of membership on this committee is one year.

The first meeting of the committee will be December 17, 2020 from 6 p.m- 8 p.m. via Google Meet.
