VC Wears Gold for Pediatric Cancer Awareness

September is Pediatric Cancer Awareness month! VC students and staff showed support to pediatric cancer warriors in our district’s annual “Go Gold Day” on Friday, September 23rd! Staff members made a donation to fight pediatric cancer to participate in this dress down day.

Federal Free Meal Program Has Ended – School Meals Price Same as 2019-20 School Year

James T. Coonan, VCSD Superintendent from August 1986 through August 1992 passed away on Saturday, August 20, 2022 in Orwigsburg, PA. On August 10, 2022, the Board of Education reviewed and approved four agreements with local police departments to provide an SRO in each school.
