What Is SchoolTool?
SchoolTool is the student management system used by Valley Central. SchoolTool houses different types of student information such as demographics, emergency contacts, schedules, grades and attendance. Parents/Guardians may have access to this information through the SchoolTool Parent Portal.
Here is a direct link to the SchoolTool Parent Portal: https://st10.schooltool.com/valleycentral
You may also find it at the bottom of the VCSD Home Page, under Featured Links, and on the Links section of each School Home Page.
The same link above will give both teachers and students access to sign into their SchoolTool account.
The Parent Portal allows you to access your child’s profile via the internet anytime, anywhere. The family-oriented design enables you to view student information for each child you have enrolled in grades K-12, with one log-in. The Parent Portal is a highly secure, internet-based application through which you are able to view district-permitted details of your child’s academic records.
It is important that parents and guardians keep their contact information, such as cell phone, address, and email addresses, up to date. Parents and guardians may not receive SchoolMessenger phone calls, emails, and text messages if this information is not correct in SchoolTool. Please log into the Parent Portal to ensure your information is correct. If corrections are needed, please contact your school’s main office for children in grades K-5 and the guidance departments at VCMS or VCHS if your child is in grades 6-12.
